Playing games is a physical activity which requires a lot of energy. On the other hand a doing work on computer requires need comparatively low energy.

Now coming to the answer

Carbohydrates is energy giving nutrient. Ben is footballer so he has high energy needs as compared to Sara which a computer programmer. Sara don't have to run or perform any physical activities as Ben perform while playing football so, she has low energy needs

Therefore, Ben need more carbohydrates in his diet than Sara.

This is because a football player requires a lot of energy in kicking the ball and running in the field unlike a computer programmer that uses less energy in operating a computer, this explains why Ben  may need a lot of carbohydrates that are good sources of energy compared to Sara. Carbohydrates are good sources of energy to the body thus a footballer requires a lot of energy to play in the field from the start to the end.
