Ben appreciates grandfather saying it is a good thing he did little calls him a drunken old beggar why does he change his opinion after grandfather about grandfather

at first Ben thinks that the grandfather had  paid the premium .......he is happy because they need not pay the money for the premium if he had paid it..

but when he doubted that the grandfather hasen't paid the premium he gets angry and critisises him.....

this made ben to change his opinion about grandfather...

in the beginning when Ben know that the grandfather had paid the insurance premium then he appreciated him and said that he had done a great job.

but later when he came to knew that he hadn't paid the premium then he changed his opinion and called him drunken old beggar.
