Hey mate. ..

Meditation is used for giving u peace and rest of mind. For doing meditation u should have right goals, right mind , and kindness towards everyone...

Even 10 mins meditation will bring u a lot of benefits.. But I will prefer u to do atleast 30mins. the choice is urs. The benefits are

U will have great concentration

U will get relaxed

U will have no stress,no tension

U will feel great..
