Explanation:

Being a legume, Blackwood fixes nitrogen through a symbiotic relationship with Rhizobiumleading to increased soil fertility and enhanced growth of neighbouring trees. Once established, the bark is resistant to stock damage making it an ideal paddock shade tree. It is also said to be a useful stock fodder.

Black wood is commonly used for interior -based applications such as decorative veneers , panelling , furniture , journey and flooring . It is an attractive and durable interior -based timber but has low -in ground durability . so it is not ideal for external applications.
