Traditional food are more benifitial as compared to modern food because traditional food are not much fried .They contain more green vegetable which are rich in protiens, nutrient, etc. this type of diet is a proper diet.
And modern food contain bread and jung food which is deeply fried and is not comfortable for stomuch.
