It cures depression , insomnia,anxinety,etc.

The side effects r:-

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, bloating, trouble urinating, and weight gain may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly. To reduce the risk of dizziness and fainting, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
