Thanks for the question!

It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

Bentonite flocculation test is used to diagnose the potential disease of \textbf{trichinosis} and the eggs which are potentially used can be also for \textbf{Schistosomiasis} antigens. which is a serological test and is used for identification for a serologically active fraction containing Trichinella spiralis larvae. This test is used for detecting this organism, as, they larvae of the ovoviviparpus parasite are readily bounded onto the bentonite particles showing some reported sensitivity and some specific complement-fixiative reactions, so, they are detectable to the upmost point. Since, the antigen of Trichinosis can be stored for long periods of time without any plausible deterioration or the change in matter and thereby permits the formation of most distinctive flocculating particles this makes the parasite or organism easier to read and the test to perform more quickly. In this test all the possible serums were diluted serially to titer, if needed there will be an MOI test or Multiplicity of Infections where the total MOI will be decided on that basis creating 1 to 2 MOI. Trichinella spiralis are commonly occurring across rodents, pigs (most humans get the transference from here as the pork meat is actually "raw" or undercooked to allow the parasite to reproduce asexually), bears and is also responsible for human to human transfer.
