Besides income, the other six things people may look for growth and development are good health, proper nutrition, basic education, job satisfaction, peaceful family, and good governance.

• Good health and proper nutrition are prime important things for any individual for growth and development. Health and nutrition along with a clean and safe environment provide a safe living condition for people.  

• Basic education has always been the basic requirement for any individual to be basically literate to grow, develop and sustain in the ever-growing technology-driven modern world.  

• Job satisfaction is the next important thing which is also related to income. Job satisfaction motivates a person intrinsically and makes one work and earn more.
