Besides seeking income, what are the other goals of individual? Or what are

the non materialist goals of individual?​

Beside seeking income people seek things that are usefull to them or can benefit them in one way or other. These are pension, proper working hours, security, respect for others, freedom, equal treatment etc. Some times these importtant goals are more important than money because material things are not all you need.
