The volume of a right circular cylinder is given by V_cyl = π*r²*h
The volume of a right circular cone is given by V_cone = π*r²*h/3 = V_cyl/3
The volume of a right circular cone is always one third that of a right circular cylinder that has the same base radius and height.
In this case, the volume of the cone is 17π m³, so the volume of the cylinder would be 3*(17π m³) = 51π m³
