here is your answer...

you can make small programs using C programming.As we know that Ç language is a low level language. If you wanna make a good software using C language u must know the all the header tags like #include<studio.h>,#include<conio.h>, graphics.h..etc..and must remember what are those library function that are included in that tag.....You should know about all the loops and pointers..which used at every point of programming. You should have a good idea of graphical programming.
for example.to make a calculator.. you should know about all the symbols of logical operating...!!!!..here are some ide..
1)Dev++
2)Turbo C..
... There are so many similar to this but.... Turbo C is best
