Answer:

Over 100 Indian companies including DMRC, ITC Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra and Tata Group will present their best practices in sustainable development while launching a 'Corporate Vision on Climate Change' at Paris COP 21 Climate Summit next week.

The launch is being organized by TERI's 'Council for Business Sustainability'

"Our special initiative 'Reinforcing India's Commitments' articulates corporate India's approach to embrace opportunities and take actions to deal with the impacts of climate change while aligning with government's commitments," Senior Director of TERI, Dr Annapurna Vancheswaran said.

A compilation of corporate best practices with special focus on national initiatives will be presented on the sidelines of COP 21 addressing roles, actions and vision of businesses, he said.

The vision document will amplify the voices of over 200 top Indian businesses focusing on four pressing themes important to achieve a low-carbon and climate-resilient future which includes improving the efficiency of energy use, expanding the use of renewable energy, ensure water availability in climate, and efficient waste management.
