use hog , valk and archery only for attack!!

get 4 max hogs in your clan castle and use 2 heal spells on them while they take out the enemy base's defenses.This will clear the defenses, while your troops clean up the rest... it guaruntees 3 star attack on th6 and below, but at th7 its always tough as they get a lot of defenses unlocked, so dont try for th7
