if you go to school that's from 7am -2 pm then,
4pm -5pm (revision of school work)
5pm -5:45pm (homework)
30 mins break
6:15pm - 7:15pm (physics)
15 mins break
7:30pm -8:30pm (maths)
then have dinner, take rest, watch T.V.
10PM-11:30PM (mathematics or biology)
11:30- 12 just relax, plan your strategy for tomorrow, think about ideas, talk to your bf/gf, chat, have fun.
Have a good night sleep.
