Beti bachao beti padhao scheme was launched by our honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi...

Hence, This Scheme comes under ministry of our Prime Minister...

It is a social campaign of the Government of India that aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls.

 The scheme was launched with an initial funding of  around ₹100 crore.

If i remember right..., It was launched in January 2015

I am NOt sure, But i think it was on 22nd
