we know that

$p = \frac{v {}^{2} }{r}$

then if p= 40 and v= 220

then R= 1210

if p= 60 and v= 220

then R = 806 ( approx)

then the resistance

⏩in case of p=40 and v= 220

r is greater.

you can easily understand it by relation

$r = \frac{v {}^{2} }{p}$

if p decrease then R is increase
