as +h leaves the R- group the stability of anion formed decides the acidic strength of the group

here after H is released CH3 -- ch2- which has no inductive or hyperconjugation

while in C2H6--- C2H5- which has an +I effect of CH3 as well as hyperconjugation resulting in destabilising the formed anion.

hence CH3 is more acidic
