Answer:

Let me tell you, in 1948, the Steady State Theory was developed by Herman Bondi. It used to be generally quite accepted, until the Big Bang Theory came along. Evidence, such as the evidence of cosmic microwave radiation was discovered and the Steady State Theory was rejected by the scientists. Other reasons why the newer theory is generally more accepted may be that it is the newer theory based on more recent facts, and is therefore thought to be more accurate. majority of the people support the Big Bang Theory. So, what is the major differences between The Steady state Theory and The Big Bang Theory:

ONE: According to the Steady State Theory, the universe has no beginning and no end. The Big Bang Theory, however, states that before the Big Bang, there was nothing.

TWO: The Big Bang Theory states that no new matter can be created. The total amount of matter and energy in the universe always stays the same. However, the Steady State Theory states that although the universe is expanding matter is constantly being created at the same rate, and therefore the density of the universe never changes.

Therefore Big Bang theory is more used than The Steady State Theory.
