इस सभा की 8 प्रमुख कमेटियाँ थीं जिसमें Drafting Committee के Chairman डा० बाबा साहब अंबेडकर थे। Constituent Assembly के प्रेसिडेंट डॉ राजेंद्र प्रसाद थे। Drafting Committee का गठन August 29, 1947 को किया गया था। Drafting Committee ने ही भारत के नए संविधान के Draft को बनाने का कार्य किया था।
