Once the Election results are declared, Election commission will handwash its responsibility. If a MLA rapes and murders brutally a 15 years old kid, it wont care. Happily allow him till proven guilty.
Voters can be bribed too…! The rulers will prove the power of karma when they sit in power.

Still election is conducted assuming Indian voters are illiterate to identify the candidates. So, fancy symbol system followed yet.

However a immoral person is hated, once he gets a popular political party's ticket, he becomes people's servent. If he could gain just a single vote higher than others, will become MLA, MP even minister.
Everybody knows what are the problems of our Election process. Nobody cares to stop. Supreme Court and Election commissions are only 2 institutes to take this blame.
Parliament and innocent leaders sitting peacefully inside, living in the earth only for the sake of Public welfare. When they come to know that, no longer they can serve to public, will sacrifice their life.
