Heya friend I think I have the answer to this question....
First of all, if you have blocked a person in Brainly, it is NOT possible to unblock in the mobile app. However, you can unblock him/her in the website i.e. brainly.in
Go to search for friends and enter the name of the person, you wish to unblock. Then in the right side two options will appear, Add Friend and Write Message.

Select Write Message...
An option will appear stating that you have blocked the person..... Just click on unblock below the message and find your friend chatting with you....
