Let the side of the square =a units

Given,

2πr = 4a

=> r = 4a /2π

=> r = 2a /π

=> r^2 = (2a/π)^2

=> r^2 = 4a^2 /π. (eq.1)

πr^2/ a^2

Substituting (eq.1) we get...

π /a^2 * 4a^2 /π^2 = 4/π
