buoyant force is an opposing force which opposes the object also according to Archimedes principle it is equal to the weight immersed so when we subtract the amount of water displaced we get the buoyant force and in second case when we subtract the amount of water displaced we get the apparent weight
1)bouyant force=840-680
=160g
2)apparent weight =500-150
=350g

Amanyadavboy: Bro pls explain it
Amanyadavboy: I can't understand it
