Bharatnatyam is a very old form of dance and it is a very common classical dance form in India. Bharatnatyam is  difficult and it takes a lot of time to learn.  It was flourished in South India in the Hindu temples.

It is called the mother art for the classical dancers and it also helps in several arts like sculptors and different types of paintings.
