Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

As between first and second number is same as that between

second and third.

Let say Three numbers were

a - d , a  , a + d

sum of all three is 51

=> a - d + a  + a + d  = 51

=> 3a = 51

=> a  = 17

Hence house number was 17

as middle  number is the house number

The product of the first and last is 273 is not required

can be used to find other two numbers

(a - d)(a + d)  = 273

=> ( 17 - d)(1 7 + d) = 273

=> 289 - d² = 273

=> d² = 16

=> d = ±  4

Hence other two numbers are 13 & 21

His door number is  17
