24 pencils = 1 pack

i) 96 pencils = 4 × 24 pencils = 4 packs

ii) 32 crayons = 1 pack

96 crayons = 3 × 32 crayons = 3 packs

If want pencils and crayons the same in number we have to buy 4 packs of pencils and 3 packs of crayons.
