I believe that to understand the art of writing the article, first the writer should know have thorough knowledge about the topic. Only then, he will be able to understand it properly and if he understands the topic, he will be able to write on that topic.
Secondly, it should be biased and balances both. It should be biased as far as the topic is concerned. That means he should be biased to his topic and should not get diverted from it in order to maintain the relevance of his issue presented in writing. Moreover, his writing should have balance between negative and positive impact, his thinking and reader’s thinking, impact of topic on him and on readers, etc. In short, he should keep balance in his writing to give true and effective message to readers.
