Bile and pancreatic juices change the pH of the chyme in the duodenum. what change occurs in the pH? can you explain the requirement of changing the pH from the perspective of enzyme requirements as we saw in the previous question?

In the stomach the gastric glands release HCl and pepsin ,for the action of pepsin to take place acidic medium is required whereas in case of bile juice it makes the medium alkaline for the action of lipase to break fat globules
