Bile is important for the digestion because -

Bile is a digestive juice which is produced by the organ named Liver.

This juice does not contain any type or kind of enzymes for digestion in it. But still it has an important role in digesting the food substances.

Pigments named biliverdin and bilirubin are found in bile. These pigments has the role of breaking large fat molecules into small molecules.

Thus, we can say that, bile plays n important role in emulsifying the fats.
