As we know bile juice is used for breaking down fats and liquifying them
this makes it easier for digestion and hence for your body to absorb

it is essential as it contains enzymes which helps the food to become alkaline as the food is acidic due to hcl so that when it becomes alkaline moving further other enzymes {pancreatic enzymes} can act on it .
bile juice emulsifies fat and thus helps in break down fat globules.
