Bill Bryson says, "I am, in short. easily confused." What examples has he given tojustify this ?
Answers
Bill Bryson has given a lot of examples to justify his statement. He has a habit of going to the hotel desks two or three times in a day asking for his room number. He ends up being at the wrong place while searching for a washroom in a cinema hall. Once, he dropped all the contents of his bag on the floor and injured his finger while opening its zip at the airport.
At another instance, he dropped a soft drink on a lady sitting next to him in the aeroplane twice. His biggest blunder was when he put the other end of a pen in his mouth while writing in a notebook on a flight and got his mouth, chin, tongue, teeth and gums coloured navy blue. He also got stuck in a miserable position while tying his shoelaces on a flight when the passenger sitting ahead of him reclined his chair.
