Hi there.

We first need to convert the values to decimal first.

■We know that 1111 in binary means: 15 in decimal

》so 15 x 2 = 30

■We know that 11 in binary form gives us 3 in decimal.

》so 3 x 2 = 6

On dividing, 30 by 6 we get 5.

□ So the answer is 5 in decimal and 101 in binary.

I hope this helps.

1111 can be written as 15 in decimal form.
11 can be written as 3 in decimal form.

Multiplying with base.

(1111)₂ =15 x 2 = 30
