The total length of the cloth will be
31/3 +21/3
= 52/3
=14 m

at first we can change these mixed fractions into improper fraction so it would e easier.....3*1+3/3=6/3
2*1+3/3=5/3
so now we can add that is 6+5/3=11/3
in mixed fraction=3 2/3
