  • Binomial with degree of 35
  • Monomial with degree of 100

(i)

Binomial : A polynomial with 2 terms.

A binomial with the degree 35 means a polynomial with 2 terms with the highest degree as 35.

It can be :

  • \sf{ {2z}^{35} + 27 }
  • \sf { {134x}^{35} - 82}

Here terms are two with highest degree of 35.

(ii)

Monomial : A polynomial with only 1 term.

A monomial with degree 100 means a polynomial with 1 term with the highest degree as 100.

It can be :

  • \sf { {32x}^{100} }
  • \sf{{12z}^{100} }

Here there are single terms but with highest degree of 100.
