Bio gas plants are better fuels than the animal dung cakes. Why? Give reason.

the biogas is a better fuels because

i)it's calorific value is high, gives more energy than dung cakes

ii)it doesn't participate in increasing pollution by giving smokes

it is because in preparing bio gas we can get both fuel as well as good manure

but when animal dung cake is use as fuel , then it is burnt thus the useful manure for the plants is lost
