The correct answer is plasma membrane.

The fluid mosaic model of the plasma membrane illustrates the fluidity of the membrane. According to the model, the membrane comprises a bunch of distinct molecules, which are dispersed across the membrane. A pattern of distinct kinds of molecules in combination is also called mosaic.

These molecules are moving continuously in two dimensions, in a fluid manner, identical to icebergs floating in the ocean. There are three prime elements that affect the fluidity of the plasma membrane. These are temperature, cholesterol, and saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.
