The biodegradable plastics are one of the greatest discoveries of science.The biodegradable plastic is that plastic which be destroyed once it has been used.Earlier plastic bags were considered as a threat to the nature because it won't dissolve in water and when burned it produces harmful gases.If any animal eats plastic,it does.People started to use cotton and jute bags in place of plastic bags.The biodegradable bags can be reued and later they can even be recycled.

Biodegradable plastics have molecules that breakdown easily. Products made of biodegradable plastics may be used once or twice, after which they start breaking down. When they are discarded, they disintegrate easily and thereby do not cause littering. Pollution is also controlled to an extent.
