Actually biogas plants are much easier to set up in rural areas in comparison of urban areas. at rural you just need a pet and the waste of animals and plant resides. But at urban you will need a good amount of money to buy land. At rural the biogas plant releases methane gas which is somehow conveted to other gases by the living organism but at urban there are no such animals present. Also there is a long process to setup a biogas plant at urban in comparison of rural areas.
