Biologist say that all living beings are made up of DNA(or chromosomes), cells, nucleus, tissues and so on. Physicists say that all living creatures are made up of elementary particles. What could be the satisfying answers to both of them?

I think biologist say right every living beings are made up of DNA ,nucleus,chromosomes, cells etc.
every living beings are made up of cell,tissue, bones etc.
every living beings are made by atoms and their molecules.
