hola ✌
There are 3.5 billion years of organic relvolution on earth. The evolution resukted in a great variety of species.some of thems are extinct, some are existence today.some are preserved in the form of fossils.
since, the organism is so vast, then it is diificult to study them, so there has always been a need to divide the karger groups into smaller groups .the grouping together of similar objects according to their common features (after studing the similarities & differences)
is called as classification.
☆ 'The study of classification is know as taxonomy'
Linnaeus is know as the farther of taxonomy .
& he played a important role of classification.
bith Asristotle 'father of zoology as well as biology' & sometimes he is called as father of science, both were classified living world in same way, they divided the living world in to two catergories :
●Animals & ● plants.
Linnaeus classified the organism into :
☆class, order, genus, species & varieties.
which is easy & simple to stand,

Now, today in these smart generation the living world is actually divided into 5 kingdoms :
1.)Kingdom Monera(unicellular,prokaryotes)
2.) " protista( " ,eukaryotes)
3.) " fungi (uni & multi cellular without chlorophyll, Heterotrophic mainly saprophytic)
4.) kingdom plantae ( Multicellular,contain chlorophyll,Autotrophic,cells with cell walls)
5.) kingdom Animalia (Multicellular, Heterotrophic nutrition, cells without cell walls & chlorophyll)
