As we know that Biopiracy is the practice of commercially exploiting naturally occurring genetic material or biochemical. Nowadays Biopiracy become an epidemic because each and every people is exploiting the nature by their daily activities.

Bio piracy as the name indicates is a process of using or acquiring knowledge and genetic resources and developing products without appreciating or crediting the real source from where it has been originated.

Acquiring and using genetically modified seed is a bio piracy. They use these seeds and produce but do not themselves produce seeds.
