Due to crop and gizzard present in their digestive system it gets digested.

Oo acha... U swallow your food and digest it?? Humans too have enzymes and HCl to digest but it's the special mechanism in birds that can digest the raw seeds having cellulose. Humans cannot digest cellulose.
