Yes it can.... but please friend don't refer black hole to be a monster.... it's scientifically wrong!!

Actually, the light move parallel to the time space sheet, around the black hole.... the time sheet get a deep poke... which also leads in bent of light. In simple words... BLACK HOLE HAVE SUCH GREAT GRAVITATIONAL FORCE THAT IT SUCK THE FASTEST MOVING PARTICLES THAT IS PHOTONS.
