Black is also a colour but in our solar system there is a lot of empty space if light fall on it then no colour should be formed as light need some thing to be able to see then why we see black colour

Colour forms in our atmosphere due to scattering of light with some wavelength.

On earth , N2 and O2 are more and their wavelength are blue. So , iit appears blue in colour.

But , at the time of night , no light falls due to which it appears black.

because black is not colour it is spot . where
there is no light the spot form there .the colour is only that form in rainbow the colours are VIBGYOR
