The influence of black money on politics and elections can only be brought about through political reforms. The leadership of the political parties must bring in changes from within. The watchdogs in the system should be the Lokpals and the Lokayuktas. Over all this, the Election Commission should be more vigilant in ensuring that the system is cleansed of black money.
