Give two everyday uses of this principle. 1-The back of refrigerator are coloured dull black to radiate heat more effectively in order to cool down the refrigerator pipes. 2-Electric hot plates are coloured black to radiate maximum heat.

Cooking utensils have black-polished/black-painted outer surface to absorb more heat. This helps in cooking the food in less time. 2) During winters, we wear black or dark coloured clothes, as these can absorb more heat and keep us warm than the white or dull coloured ones.
