Here is your answer buddy:-

Black soil:-
=> Mostly found in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.

=> It is ideal for growing cotton.

Alluvial Soil:-
=> The entire northern plains is made up of Alluvial soil. It is also found in Rajasthan & Gujarat.

=> It is ideal for growth of sugarcane, paddy, wheat etc.
