The Velocity of C with respect to A is √3+1 m/s.

Explanation:

Given Data:

Velocity of B "v" = 1 m/s

Velocity of C= (a)tan(60°)

C=√3 m/s.

Similarly

Velocity of "A" = (a)tan(45°).

A= 1 m/s.

Velocity of C with respect to A = C-A.

= C- (-A)  =√3+1 m/s (since both are moving in opposite directions).
