beacsue while sleeping when the nose is blocked the oxygen doesn't enter our nose ....

while sleeping if there is no sufficient supply of oxygen our sleep gets disturbed as while sleeping our brain is still awake and it needs oxygen

..we feel quite uneasy while sleeping
