Health is the biggest wealth in life. It brings the ability to enjoy life and be a productive asset to our family, friends and the society. Health brings happiness and contentment to our life. If we are not healthy then we will not be able to enjoy the materialistic wealth which we have gathered by working hard. Wealth is uncertain. An rich man may become a poor man the very next day. If that person is not healthy, all is lost. But a healthy man can work and start earning again and improve his living conditions.
Health is the most important and long lasting wealth. But unfortunately, most of us in a race to earn materialistic wealth and ignore taking care of our health and living a healthy lifestyle.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. For a healthy life a person needs to have a balanced diet and exercise regularly. One must also take enough sleep and have good hygiene habits.
There are lots of things in life which money cannot be purchased, such as happiness, joy, peace of mind, smiles and laughter. Money doesn’t have any value unless it is really enjoyed.
In the true sense money cannot make an individual rich, only good health can. This implies that only good health gives a person the capability to enjoy the things of life.
The happiest people in the world are the ones who have good health. Those who are sick or have poor health have to spend money looking for doctors and treatment instead of enjoying the bliss and joy that life offers us.

Fitness is maintained by doing exercise like jogging, skipping, cycling, etc or my working out at the gym. A person should always do morning exercise along with meditation to keep his/her mind healthy along with his body.
Yoga, especially meditation plays an important role in keeping the mind healthy as when we do deep inhalation, the amount of oxygen taken increases which is supplied to brain and other parts of the body and the body works more precisely.
Eating Healthy is also important along with regular exercise. If a person eats excess junk after exercise, then there is no use of his efforts.
Junk food includes heavy amount of fats which leads to obesity which itself as a disease and hence, junks should be avoid.
We should never forget that we are the future of our nation and keeping oneself is as important as keeping the nation healthy.
